Fix a Network Error
This indicates that the controller has lost connection with the WIFI. Please check to make sure the outlet that the gemstone lights control box is plugged into has power to it. If power is already on, then follow the steps to connect the Hub controller to WIFI to test that connection. If power was off, wait 30-45 seconds after power is restored to give the controller a chance to connect back up automatically.
- If the lights are connected to a switch, ensure the switch is on
- Check to see if a breaker flipped, if so, reactivate the breaker
- If the Gemstone Lights Hub App confirms an online connection and the lights still remain off, contact your dealer for a Support Technician to visit
