Issues with New Folders (New 2021, Halloween, Demos)

Some new folders called New Patterns 2021, Halloween Movies, and Demo Patterns were added in the Downloads section.

To use the patterns in these folder your app must be up to date.

If your app is not up to date, when you go into the folder:

      • On iOS the patterns will appear as static
      • On Android the app may crash

If you are on iOS and downloaded the folder before updating your app, perform the following:

      1. Ensure the app is up to date by visiting the App Store
      2. Launch the app, and go into a controller
      3. Long press on the ‘New 2021’ folder and press delete.
      4. Go to the downloads.
      5. Swipe left on the folder.
      6. Press Remove File.
      7. Finally, press Install.

On Android:

      1. Ensure the app is up to date by visiting the Play Store
      2. Launch the app, and go into a controller
      3. Long press on the ‘New 2021’ folder and press delete.
      4. Go to the downloads.
      5. Press ‘Install’ or ‘Re-Write’
