Firmware Won’t Update

Issues with firmware updates are most often fixed by power cycling the controller. It may also indicate a poor controller Wi-Fi connection.

Have access to your control box?

1. 1. 1. Turn off power to the control box (or unplug) for 15 seconds
      2. Turn power back on
      3. Wait 30 seconds.
      4. Re-attempt the update

Don’t have access to your control box?

1. 1. 1. Connect to your controller via Bluetooth
      2. Perform a controller restart (Settings>Controller Restart)
      3. Wait 30 seconds
      4. Re-attempt the update
